You can earth the unit by removing one of the screws and using an earth strap. The Goldsource ST-10000 can be used with loads of up to 10000 Watts (although in practice it is a good idea to allow some margin for error). This unit would normally be used for specialist permenent installations. This is a heavy duty voltage converter and it weighs nearly 36KG.
